Design Services include creating a plan to make your indoor or outdoor living/working spaces functional and beautiful with the vision you have in mind.  We provide design consultations, CAD documents to communicate design to subcontractors, finish, fixture, and furnishing specifications, on-site project management, and finishing up with furniture staging and art installations. We do it all, but if there is something we can't do, we find someone within our network who can!

An Initial Consultation is $150 for 2 hours to discuss your project, budget, challenges, goals, and determine the next steps. The cost of our services varies depending on the scope of the project. We can help you estimate what you can expect when we meet.

Our design process starts with an initial consultation to discuss your needs and preferences. From there, we collaborate on a design concept and utilize tools like CAD, paint samples, and product vendors to refine your design. Once we have a plan in place, the project management portion of the process kicks off to bring your dream to fruition.  Every project and client is different, so your process will be tailored to suit your needs. Every step of the way we help you make informed decisions so you feel confident that your project will function and feel the way you envisioned.
